Our guarantee

Digital products come with a 24-hour (1-day) refund guarantee. If a product isn’t useful to you, email extradimension2022@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase with your order receipt for a full refund.

How refunds are processed

If you purchased a product directly on skarinfo.com, SKARINFO will review your request and issue the refund to your original payment method. If you purchased through another platform, the refund is issued by the platform you purchased from, back to your original payment method, and is subject to that platform’s terms.

Personal-use licence

Digital products are licensed for your personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or altered. See our Terms of Use.

Fair use

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, we may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse. Otherwise, if you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.
